Art After Death, features Union County at-risk youths. The exhibition is coordinated and curated by Theo Miller, a diversion counselor at the Union County Juvenile Department who leads its “Creative Arts” classes at Art Center East. Art After Death is the fourth showcase of works created in these free weekly classes, open to participants 18 years old and younger.
Art Center East is excited to feature the Third Annual Fiber Arts & Jewelry Exhibit: Fiber Goes Vogue. This exhibition showcases a collection of works made by regional fiber and jewelry artists. As inspiration for their work, each artist selected a page from Vogue; the iconic fashion and lifestyle magazine.

Join us to learn about this special holiday, recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, whether it is your first Dia de Los Muertos or one of many.
Dia de Los Muertos / Day of the Dead is the result of a fusion between the Catholic All Souls’ Day and pre-Columbian indigenous traditions of Mexico. Combining folk art, vibrant colors, music, food and community with a focus on the importance of family, Dia de Los Muertos is an opportunity for meaningful reflection and celebration through various artistic mediums.

Registration cancellations & transfers must be made through Art Center East at (541) 624-2800 48 hours or more before the class start time. We cannot issue refunds or transfers for cancellations received after the 48-hour cutoff. Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies. ACE will honor a refund, minus a $10 administration fee when the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before class start date. When a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will issue a refund for all registration fees. ACE will contact you in the event of a cancellation.
