Classic Rock for Guitar

Aspiring rockers: use your lunch hour to learn simple classic rock songs to play around the campfire or that open mic you’ve been dreaming about… Dust off your acoustic or electric guitar and start rocking out to bands like Pink Floyd, Eagles, Neil Young, and more. You will learn basic chords and simple rhythms to keep practicing at home. Sign up for one or all four. Please enter through the Penn Avenue door.

Artist Bio: Reuben Gonzales is a seasoned guitarist and music instructor, who prefers to play mostly acoustic rock, R&B, and popular hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Examples of his style include, but are not limited to Stone Temple Pilots, Eagles, Van Morrison, Neil Young, Stevie Wonder, etc. He has been molding musicians for over 15 years. Reuben specializes in music theory, and has a way of making complex musical principles understandable and fun. He really enjoys teaching as much as he loves playing. He has been in NE Oregon for over a year, and has already become a staple of the live music scene. Reuben is an advocate for music, and seeks to expand opportunities for local budding musicians to grow.
