DIY Chicken Curry
March 11 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pmFree - $50
Learn to build an Indian curry from scratch using whole spices! Curry is an umbrella term that refers to a number of dishes from the Indian subcontinent. True Indian curries start with a complex combination of spices – coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, garlic and more – to build an aromatic and flavorful base. The secret to a great curry is to create it from whole spices, rather than a store-bought blend. We’ll learn this foundational Indian cooking technique, then put it to use to make chicken curry. Once we’re done, we’ll taste the results! You’ll leave ready to create your own curries at home using whole spices.
