Join the Draw and Drink Club to relax, draw, and connect with others! This fun group meets twice a month at Press Room Coffee & Books in La Grande. No drawing experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and your own drawing supplies! Teaching Artist Megan will lead everyone in both solo and collaborative drawing exercises. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or you just love doodling, come to Draw and Drink: sip, draw, and experience the joy of creating art in a group. The drawings you create can inspire your personal artistic journey! Delicious beverages will be available for purchase.

Megan McGuinness is a contemporary acrylic painter and illustrator who loves working with bright colors and deep contrasts. Megan was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but she has spent most of her adult life in Bend and Eastern Oregon. An archaeologist by day, Megan enjoys exploring new landscapes and learning about the larger world we live in. In her spare time, she loves cross-country skiing and hiking with her dog, Howdy.

Registration cancellations & transfers must be made through Art Center East at (541) 624-2800 48 hours or more before the class start time. We cannot issue refunds or transfers for cancellations received after the 48-hour cutoff. Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies. ACE will honor a refund, minus a $10 administration fee when the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before class start date. When a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will issue a refund for all registration fees. ACE will contact you in the event of a cancellation. Face coverings will be required in accordance with statewide regulations current at the time.
