Start your day with morning Pilates to promote flexibility, strength and mobility!
This virtual class will guide you through Pilates-inspired movement/exercise workouts that aim to improve strength, agility, core strength, and balance. Please use a yoga or exercise mat and wear comfortable clothing. Practicing barefoot or in socks is recommended.
