The dynamic nature of watercolor paint makes it a great tool for engaging in the present moment. Students will practice mindfulness while learning simple watercolor techniques by first being invited to share how their minds and bodies are doing. Discussion of and instruction on mindfulness will be given. Practicing mindfulness within the context of an enjoyable activity like watercolor painting can be fun and approachable. No experience necessary. All supplies included. Please enter through the 5th Street door.
