SWEAT is a resistance and cardio circuit class that is designed to improve strength and endurance. SWEAT consists of four seven-minute rounds of full body exercises done at your own pace with two minute breaks in between. Equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric step boxes, and weighted fitness bars are used in every class. With SWEAT, you can move as fast or as slow as you want through the exercises, depending on how hard you want to push yourself each day. The instructor will offer progressions and heavier weights if you want to make the workout more challenging as well as regressions and low impact options if you need to reduce intensity. When attended consistently, SWEAT will not only help you to become stronger and leaner, but also empower you to push past mental barriers you may have regarding your own capabilities.
Registration cancellations & transfers must be made through Art Center East at (541) 624-2800 48 hours or more before the class start time. We cannot issue refunds or transfers for cancellations received after the 48-hour cutoff. Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies. When a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will issue a refund for all registration fees. ACE will contact you in the event of a cancellation.
