Enjoy meditative movement and stretching on four Sunday afternoons in May! In the comfort of their own homes, students will use the breath to better connect with and relax the body in a combination of yin and vinyasa yoga postures. Postures can be adapted to meet a variety of levels and abilities. Students should have a yoga mat, internet service, and a device like a laptop, tablet, or phone that can access Zoom. Other yoga props can be devised using household items such as blankets, pillows, belts, and even canned food.

Artist Bio: Nancy Knowles is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2019.
