Youth Open Art Studio (Age 5-16)

April 27 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

FREE

April 27 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm

Open Art Studio is a great opportunity for children and teens to explore their artistic creativity in a comfortable, no-pressure environment! ACE’s spacious art studio is the perfect space for participants to create their own pieces using the wide variety of art supplies available. Open Studio isn’t a class: it’s an opportunity to just create and explore! Sharing ideas and collaborating on pieces is a fun opportunity, but is not required. Participants will complete their projects during the two-hour session, taking home their unique piece and a sense of wonder and satisfaction. Students should wear clothes that may be stained. All supplies included. Please enter through the 5th Street door.

Teaching Artist: Suzanne Goodall

Suzanne Goodall has been engaged in promoting opportunities in creativity for children as an educator, parent, and community organizer for many years in many settings. Providing time, space, and support for children as they discover their interests and talents through many mediums continues to be an ongoing joy for Suzanne. She is currently expanding her own creativity through painting, drawing, and gardening.
