Beginning Stained Glass: Bird Suncatchers (Age 18+)
Beginning Stained Glass: Bird Suncatchers (Age 18+)
Saturday, January 17 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
In this one-day workshop, Teaching Artist Ginger makes stained glass easy and fun! No experience is necessary and all skill levels are welcome. With Ginger as your guide, you’ll make a 5” x 5” seasonal suncatcher (or two smaller ones!) that will look lovely hanging in your window, on your wall, or in your garden. You’ll learn about cutting and grinding glass and fitting pieces together, and you’ll gain an understanding of applying copper foil, soldering, and other techniques. You’ll take home your beautiful finished piece at the end of the workshop. All supplies included. Please enter through the 5th Street door.
