You asked, we listened! This “new and improved” version of our popular Sip N’ Spin class now includes the opportunity to create your own fired and glazed vessel! Join Teaching Artist Ryan for a fun and relaxing introduction to pottery and wheel throwing. No prior ceramics experience necessary! Bring your favorite beer or wine – ACE will provide a non-alcoholic beverage – and relax while Ryan gives a demo of basic throwing skills on the pottery wheel. In this no-pressure environment, you’ll enjoy trying your hand at throwing on the wheel with Ryan there to offer plenty of guidance. You’ll choose glazes from our in-house selection and pick up your completed masterpiece after it’s been fired (3-5 weeks after the class date). Participating in this Sip N’ Spin makes you eligible to register for ACE Ceramics Open Studio sessions. All supplies included. Please enter through the 5th Street door.
