Access to the arts is more important than ever during these fast-changing times. ACE continues creating arts opportunities that bring new knowledge and joy into everyday life in an affordable way. Our Take & Make Arts Learning Kits make great gifts for others, or yourself! These artist-designed kits include options for children, teens, adults, and families. Enjoy exploring a variety of art mediums and have fun! 

ACE staff designed our Take & Make Arts Learning Kit program with the following goals in mind:

- Offer accessible art-making to community members of all ages 

- Provide quality arts instruction that fits into any schedule

- Support local and national artists alike 

- Decrease screentime fatigue; our art kits include written instructions rather than online instructions, making them perfect for a screentime break

- Increase time outdoors; take kits on trips, use them in parks, etc.

How to purchase kits:

- Select kit(s) below and go to checkout. At checkout, select local pick-up, local delivery (within La Grande city limits), or domestic shipping.

- New kits available each month! Stay up to date on kits with the ACE weekly e-newsletter. Subscribe here.   

- Youth Arts Learning Fund (YALF) Kits are available at reduced cost to children and teens ages 18 and younger. Browse all YALF-eligible kits by clicking on the “YALF Kits” category below.

Maximum one (1) reduced cost kit per youth (age 18 and younger) per month.

Youth Take & Make Arts Learning Kits are available at a reduced cost through the Art Center East Youth Arts Learning Fund. The Fund is supported by generous grantors, charitable organizations, and community members like you!
