Fall Term 2024 Community African Drumming Instructor:

Celine Burke holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus in percussion performance and a minor in psychology from Eastern Oregon University.  She was first introduced to African drumming in an EOU class led by John McKinnon and Luke McKern in 2007, and she has been hooked ever since.  The dynamic rhythms, welcoming atmosphere, and fun people in the Community African Drumming group make it the favorite part of her week.
