Every Monday evening. This class will be the pinnacle of challenge! We will use some of the most popular Barre exercises along with HIIT intervals to work your body harder than it ever has before. Every muscle will be pushed past it’s comfort zone—come try it out!Find out more »
Every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon. This class focuses on classic mat pilates to really strengthen all the core muscles. After a quick (as light or intense as you want it to be) mat workout, we use the remaining to time to lengthen out and release muscle tension with some Yoga Refresh. Every Tuesday afternoon, Saturday morning, & roving Thursday evenings.
SWEAT is a resistance and cardio circuit class that is designed to improve strength and endurance. SWEAT consists of four seven-minute rounds of full body exercises done at your own pace with two minute breaks in between.Find out more »

Every Wednesday morning. This class is for kids from 1 year-3 years. We play, sing and dance for a fun 35 minute class that helps the kids learn cognitive and social skills as well as helps tire them out just in time for nap!Find out more »
Every Wednesday evening. This 50 minute class will keep your body in top shape as it helps firm you up ALL over. We use ballet inspired Barre exercises to tone and strengthen your lower body and some Pilates inspired exercises with a small stability ball to create a killer core. This is a challenging class, but so much fun!Find out more »
Registration cancellations & transfers must be made through Art Center East at (541) 624-2800 48 hours or more before the class start time. We cannot issue refunds or transfers for cancellations received after the 48-hour cutoff. Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies. When a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will issue a refund for all registration fees. ACE will contact you in the event of a cancellation.
