Dancing with the Dark

In my earlier creative work as a photographer, I was often captivated by the fleeting nature of the image captured in a single moment. An expression changes, a bird flies away, the sky darkens, and the image that caught my eye is gone. In my paintings, I seek to convey a sense of reverence for that impermanent point in time, a moment standing still like a flash of memory.
