September 15 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm
In this exciting class, Teaching Artist Chris will lead you in instructed intensive drawing from a posed model! A drawing “marathon” helps you learn to articulate and capture the human figure within set limits on time, medium, and perspective. Artists learn to render figures from memory; here we’ll be drawing from a living model who holds poses very briefly, then shifts to a new pose, angle, etc. You’ll leave class with a wonderful pile of compositions, in varying scales and media. All supplies included. Please enter through the 5th Street door.
