New Moon Yoga (Age 18+)

Learn about the magic of the New Moon through yoga, journaling, and intention setting. This class, open to all levels, will help you connect with your body and your intuition through a gentle yoga flow. You’ll gain basic knowledge about how to set intentions with the New Moon. Connecting with your intuition can help you manifest your best life. Each student should bring a notebook and writing utensils. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it. Teaching Artist Joy will have extra mats available.
Teaching Artist: Joy Grassley
Joy Grassley is a certified yoga instructor who recently graduated from Hawaii Yoga Institute with a 200-hour CYT. She has practiced yoga since 2015. Joy is an artist who has explored a variety of mediums throughout her life. She has a passion for daily journaling, intention setting, and astrology.

Registration cancellations & transfers must be made through Art Center East at (541) 624-2800 48 hours or more before the class start time. We cannot issue refunds or transfers for cancellations received after the 48-hour cutoff. Exceptions will be considered for medical or family emergencies. ACE will honor a refund, minus a $10 administration fee when the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before class start date. When a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will issue a refund for all registration fees. ACE will contact you in the event of a cancellation. Face coverings will be required in accordance with statewide regulations current at the time.
