Handmade Holidays Makers Market is Art Center East's most popular holiday shopping weekend of the year. For two days each year in November, the Art Center East galleries transform into a lively market of quality handmade goods. Shoppers can expect to find a wide range of goods, from leather, woodworking, artisan foods, weaving, and other fiber arts to ceramics, glass, clothing, jewelry, blacksmithing, home decor, bath, and body products, art prints, paintings, cards, and much more.
Art Center East (ACE) selects Handmade Holidays vendors for their work's quality and uniqueness and curates the lineup to include a balanced and engaging selection. No resale or corporate merchandise is accepted into Handmade Holidays – all items for sale must be made by the artist selling them. Previous years of this event have included a festive outdoor beer garden featuring Hines Meat Company, Yes Please Kettle Corn, and Side A Brewing.
Admission is always free for this event! Make it a tradition to gift handmade items while supporting the artists and arts economy in Eastern Oregon.
